Syl specialises in ceramic wall panels, vase forms and bowls using a highly original technique of coloured clay assemblage. The inspiration for Syl's work comes from the patterns, textures and colours in the surrounding landscapes.

Ray specialises in tall elegant wall lights inspired by the individual character of the growth pattern of mature trees. He has developed a technique of hollow extrusion to achieve these extended forms, which are cut and pierced to create a localised ambience of light

Lionel Playford

Lionel currently lives and works in the upland village of Garrigill, near Alston in the Cumbrian North Pennines where he farms and hunts the hills,valleys and skies of upper Tynedale, Weardale and Teesdale for painting ideas. His current practice involves drawing on location with found materials such as peat, clay, shale and soil and producing imaginative evocations in paint of his experiences of the landscape be they from driving through it or walking in it.
